My name is Laura Hickey and I have been in Early Childhood for 17 years. I joined Christ Church in December 2006 and have had the privilege of teaching Pre Kindergarten. I have a BS in Education from the University of Texas in Austin. I have taught 2 year olds through Private Kindergarten. I have my Director's license for the state of Texas and was in management for four years. My husband and I have three wonderful children. I have lived in The Woodlands, TX since 1979; this is an amazing community to raise children and I'm looking forward to our partnership in growing yours. Teaching has always been my passion!

Hello! My name is Lisa Peace. I've been on staff at Christ Church Preschool in the four year old class since 2004. I love children! They keep me humble and grounded. They can't help but make me smile! I enjoy their humor and excitement about everything, especially about coming to school! I want each of our four year olds to move on to Kinder Prep or Kindergarten with confidence in their independent skills and a positive attitude towards learning. My own children attended our preschool from 1995 to 2005. Being involved both as a parent and a teacher, I believe in the success of our program. It's a fun place to be!

I have worked for Christ Church Preschool for three years as a floater and I absolutely enjoy it! I recently graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Liberal Arts at the University of St. Thomas. Working with children is truly rewarding and fun and that's why I do it. I also enjoy shopping and traveling. |
Hi, my name is Barbara Saul. I am a graduate of the University of California at Long Beach with a B.A. degree in elementary education. I have taught at the preschool and elementary school levels in both public and private settings. I joined the staff at Christ Church Preschool in 2006. Prior to that I lived in Wisconsin where I taught preschool for thirteen years. I currently hold a Texas Educator Certificate for early childhood education through fourth grade. I truly enjoy teaching young children. They possess great energy, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn. It is my pleasure to get to know each and every one of my students as well as their families. |

My name is Rhonda Bohnenstiehl and I have been teaching two and three year old's for almost 8 years. I strongly believe each child should be treated as an individual and that learning must be a positive experience starting at this very early age. By incorporating my artistic talents in an educational theme, learning has truly been an exciting and inspiring event. The accomplishments of children are the ultimate rewards of teaching. My name is Jamee Hill. This is my 3rd year at Christ Church Preschool. My husband, my daughter and I moved here from Austin 4 years ago. My daughter attended Christ Church Preschool from the time she was 2 years old until she completed Transitional Kindergarten last year. I started out as a substitute teacher, fell in love with the children and I am now a teacher's assistant in the 3 year old class. It is so amazing to look at the world through each child's eyes, and watch their creative imaginations at work as each day brings new adventures and discoveries. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling to Austin, working out, game night with my husband and daughter and relaxing to a good movie. |

Hi, my name is Melinda Sebesta. I am married to Rob, and we have 3 children. James and Olivia, our twins, are in college, and Julia is in high school. We moved to The Woodlands from Sumatra, Indonesia, and have lived here for 5 years. I have a degree in Home Economics/Food and Nutrition. After my children got older, I decided to go back to work and have worked in preschools for 5 years; 2 of which have been at Christ Church Preschool. I love getting to know the children who attend Christ Church Preschool. It is a joy to watch them learn! |

Hi, my name is Donna Delgado. I hold a bachelors of Science Degree and have been a resident in The Woodlands for two years. I am happily married and have a 9 year old daughter. I have volunteered as a teacher's aide assistant with Kindergartners and 3rd graders in Sunday school, and volunteered at numerous other events at my daughter's school. I am a calm, understanding and enthusiastic person. I place a high standard on learning and believe all children can learn in a loving and comforting environment. |

Hi, my name is Carrie Glenn. I have been an assistant teacher at Christ Church Preschool for 4 years. Previous to my teaching at the preschool, I was a "Mom" at CCP. My two daughters', Emma (12) and Mia (9), both attended CCP as preschoolers. I cannot believe how fast our time at CCP flew by. My experience at Christ Church as a parent was so positive, I decided to come back and teach after my girls graduated from the preschool. Not only do I love working with the little ones because it reminds me of my children's preschool years at Christ Church, but I also enjoy watching the excitement on the children’s faces as they accomplish and learn something new. Every day is a new adventure and learning experience. Outside of teaching I love to cook, decorate and travel with my family. I have been married to my hubby Paul for 19 years. My family and I are all proud native Texans! Aside from our two daughters, we also have two other "girls"...a 10 year old yellow Labrador retriever, Jenny Lu, and an 8 year old Llewellyn setter, Molly Sue. |

My name is Andree Falast. I’m a French Canadian-Texan-Aggie and am proud to be the lead teacher to the MWF 3-year old class. My degree is in Elementary Education with an emphasis on Reading and Math. I have 7 years teaching experience. Five of those years were spent in Conroe ISD at Hauser and Oak Ridge Elementary. I am extremely blessed to be married for 11 years to my best friend, Rob. We have 3 wonderful children. Sophie is 7 and in 2nd grade at Buckalew Elementary. Garrett is 4 and in the Transition class here at CCP. Colby is 2 and is in the 2s class here at CCP as well. This will be my first year teaching at CCP, but my 5th year as a CCP mom. Preschool lays the foundation for a child’s education, and it is my privilege to be a part of this. I believe teachers should create an environment that builds the child’s self-esteem and allows kids to explore, learn, and create. I’m excited to be a part of this team and can’t wait to get the year started! |
Hi! My name is Caroline Albright. Nine years ago I enrolled my youngest son, Austin, in the 3 yr old class here at CCP and, while he has long moved on, I can’t seem to leave! After substituting for 2 years, I became a teacher in the 2 yr old class. I have since worked with the 3 and 4 yr olds as well. The children continue to amaze me each and every day with their honesty, curiosity and excitement. We play, we laugh, we learn! I grew up in PA, have a BA from the University of Virginia and now live in The Woodlands with my husband, David, and our 3 wonderful sons, Drew (17), Ryan (15) and Austin (12). |

My name is Katy Skov and I will be an Assistant Teacher this year for the two & three year olds. I have worked for the past year in the Christ Church Nursery and have loved working with & entertaining the kids. Our son, Ben, completed preschool here last year and my husband & I were so impressed with his teachers & the program. Hi, I'm Lisa Flores. I have worked at Christ church preschool since 2007. I previously worked as a fill-in sub, and in the after care program, at Little Gospel Light. I currently work in the Mother's Day Out program as the toddler / 2's teacher. I look forward to coming to work each day, as the kids in my class are the sunshine of my day. I love working with these little ones! It is wonderful to watch how they grow and change through the school year. I have been married for 15 years, and have two great kids of my own. We stay busy with the youth group at Christ Church, dance, Boy Scouts, and sports. We also love to take family trips and go exploring all over Texas. |

My family includes three sons and five grandchildren; they are spread out between The Woodlands, Alabama, and Virginia. Pittsburgh, Pa. is my hometown so I am a Steelers, Penguin, and Pitt Panther fan! I enjoy caring for small people as they grow and learn.

Hello everyone my name is Hillary Joseph and thought I would share some information about myself so that we can get to know each other a little better. This is my second year working in the 2’s at Christ Church Preschool. I have been blessed in marriage to my best friend Blaine for 9 years and I am also blessed to be the mother to 3 beautiful children Nathan (7), Bethany (5), and Aubrey (3). The Lord has blessed me with the passion to work with children and I have now worked in childcare for 7 years. Though I have taken this semester off, I am currently a junior at Sam Houston State University majoring in Early Childhood Education.
I will be the lead teacher for the Little Cub’s and Little Bear’s this year and I am so excited for what this year will bring. There are 2 promises that I can guarantee you through this school year. First, I can promise you that I am going to make mistakes along the way. I will forget to put lunch boxes in your child’s backpack as well as their paci’s, and I am sure I will also forget a sippie cup here and there. But, I will work hard to learn from my mistakes so that they won’t happen again. Second, I can promise you that I will love your children with all the love that I have and I will give your kids hugs when they have owies, and I will cuddle them when they are sad. I look forward to a GREAT school year.

I am Susan Hunter, also known as Ms. Sue. I grew up in Canada, Michigan and Louisiana where I graduated from LSU with a Bachelors degree.
I have lived in the Woodlands, with my husband and children, for almost 19 years. We have 3 children, Lauren, Holly, and our son Taylor. Lauren is in graduate school at LSU, Holly attends Texas State in San Marcos and Taylor also attends LSU.
I have been a substitute teacher for CISD for the past 11 years. Last summer I started working at the Climbing Tree as a substitute teacher. I have worked at Christ Church Pre-School since October 2009.
I have been involved for years in the Woodlands with outreach with my church and have also volunteered for years in the schools in this area through fund raising efforts for the PTO and PTA organization. I have also helped in all the activities that my children have been involved with.
My favorite things to do are biking and walking my dog, Skip. I also like to garden and enjoy cooking and decorating our home. I love all sports! I love watching the Highlanders football and drill teams, as we have been involved with both. I really love all LSU sports, and look forward to watching my son play rugby for LSU. Geaux Tigers!
